For the second year running, we’ve been awarded the Coup de Coeur by the Guide Hachette, and this time it was our 2015 Cuv\u00e9e Privilege that stood out to the jury:<\/p>\n

“This is a sincere cuv\u00e9e from clayey-limestone and clayey-siliceous soils, which the chenin, led by careful vinification, renders with elegance. Fine bubbles rise languidly along the sides of the glass. The frankness of the aromas (yellow fruit, acacia flower, discreet honey) is beautifully echoed in a welcoming yet invigorating and airy palate, which leaves a singular sensation of elegance and amplitude. The “coup de c\u0153ur” is a unanimous “coup de chapeau”.<\/p>\n
