For the second year running, we’ve been awarded the Coup de Coeur by the Guide Hachette, and this time it was our 2015 Cuvée Privilege that stood out to the jury:

“This is a sincere cuvée from clayey-limestone and clayey-siliceous soils, which the chenin, led by careful vinification, renders with elegance. Fine bubbles rise languidly along the sides of the glass. The frankness of the aromas (yellow fruit, acacia flower, discreet honey) is beautifully echoed in a welcoming yet invigorating and airy palate, which leaves a singular sensation of elegance and amplitude. The “coup de cœur” is a unanimous “coup de chapeau”.
