This cuvée is the essence of our profession as winemakers. It’s the result of rigorous selection of our best terroirs.

This exceptional Chenin from our best exposed plots is aged in our tuffeau cellars to give you a mature wine.

Fermentation takes place exclusively in stoneware jars and oak barrels. After 6 to 8 months’ ageing, the jars provide roundness and volume, while the barrels add structure and tannins. The blend of these two vinifications gave birth to Génésis.

This gourmet cuvée has a fine balance between roundness and tannins, with a vanilla finish for gourmet pleasure.
